- Fire-transfer methods: Conduction, Convection, Radiation

Emergency Response
- Classification of Fire (Classes A, B, C, D, K/F)
- Effective use of fire extinguishers (P.A.S.S. technique)
- Emergency communication and signage recognition
- Evacuation and removal procedures

Validity of the Certificate: 1 Year
Course Duration: 4 – 8 Hours (Depends on Client Requirements)
Course Certification: Successful participants who pass the written and practical assessments will receive certificates in Fire Safety.
Minimum Qualification: Ability to understand English (unless alternative language delivery is pre-arranged).
